The properties involved are located at 95-08 to 95-22 147th Place, 95-09 Sutphin Boulevard, and 147-18 95th Avenue, and were acquired through transactions with three separate sellers for a total purchase price of $9,625,000. This equates to an acquisition cost of approximately $118 per buildable square foot, based on the project’s total buildable area of 81,455 square feet.
Plans have been filed to develop a 10-story, 100-foot-tall mixed-use building at the site. The proposed project will encompass the full buildable area and feature 118 residential units, commercial space, and 50 parking spots.
